The Petit Camusat family are the 4th generation of the estate, growers and Champagne producers, and for twenty years already, this remarkable generation are at the helm of the exciting grape variety to be re discovered. Frédéric and Evelyne Petit-Camusat cultivate a grape variety almost extinct in Champagne, exclusively Pinot Blanc. Located in Noé les Mallets, a village in the Côte des Bar, near Essoyes, providing excellent results. A traditional classic of the Old School. Unfiltered and without chilling to preserve as much aroma as possible. The vineyards fill the surrounding slopes, near Essoyes. The grapes, once ripe, are vinified in the cellars of a former rectory in Noé les Mallets at Petit Camusat.

Tasting Notes:

A remarkably fruity and quenching cuvée. Beautiful bubble finesse and an attractive intensity of toasty aromas in the mouth, apricots and jasmine aromas abound, followed by a creamy brioche baked lusciousness. Tiny bubbles, and a lovely acidity level are in abundance. The fruity spirit dominates with a velvety, balanced finish.
